Booked Master AV services to mount my flatscreen tv and soundbar onto my living room wall and hide the cables. They turned up and forgot to connect the soundbar to the tv (leaving a cable clearly visible between the two), left metres of unnecessary cable and a power pack behind the tv which causes the tv to stick out from the wall and also left a messy finish where they chased through the wall. We complained straight away and heard some half baked excuses that they would return immediately and fix it but this never happened and havent heard anything in months despite numerous emails.
