I had Foxtel services come and fit my TV package through Curry's, the man they sent to do the work, was a joke, the tv and bracket was fitted fine but the the mess of wires he left was a joke and no trunking to hide the wires , I then phone the company to get this rectified and to sort out my Aerial as well as I had no signal, they said they were going to send there topman for the aerial, surprise surprise the same joker turned up again, so gave him the benefit of the doubt to rectify his shoddy work and sort out my TV aerial, how wrong was I shoddy work again and then lies about having no signal for the tv in my loft and tells me I need an out side aerial, funny that I got a proper firm in to put an out side aerial up for me, when the engineer turns up he first said to me will check the loft signal and I said the other company had checked and said no signal, he said he still going to check, surprise surprise he only went and fitted an aerial in my loft, just an aerial nothing else, and my TV is perfect. I even sent Foxtel services an email and pictures of the shoddy work left by the poor workman and they have not bothered to contact me, very poor all round service
Disgusting service and complete lack of respect for customers. Their scheduled installation times mean absolutely nothing and they will make you wait the whole day and simply not come at the end.
