Called today to find out if they stocked earth sleeves. Couldn't make it down this afternoon so the chap on the end of the phone very helpfully tied a small length to somewhere we agreed outside and charged me nothing. Absolutely fantastic and friendly service. Not something you find everyday anymore. Thank you very much indeed. Will certainly be going back again!
