Sent me to the wrong address for parking, had to park in Heathrow long stay instead. They wouldn't refund me for supplying the wrong address. Pretty horrible experience, wouldn't recommend at all.

A short time ago, I made a booking with this company for Meet and Greet parking at Manchester Airport. I experienced issues with regards to this booking with the meet and greet company in question where some minor damage occurred on my vehicle and one or two smaller issues. I sent off a complaint to City Hotel Reservations and was astonished at the attitude and level of service I received.Having lodged complaints with companies before, I was expecting sub standard or lack of service focus.This was not the case, this company acted promptly and in a very efficient manner in order to expedite a satisfactory outcome. My complaint was managed by a Mr John Andersen who is the customer services manager and he personally managed my complaint and took the relevant steps. He kept me abreast of developments throughout the process and when he intimated something would be done - it was done. There were a few slight glitches in terms of getting payments but they were minor and never delayed the process too much. I can assure all that are reading this review, that I will continue to use this company. I am a firm believer that mistakes can be made and it's how companies manage these mistakes and remedy them that it important. John Andersen and his team a are credit to the company and embrace the ethos of what customer service is all about. A massive thank you to John Andersen in particular who handled my complaint as if the complaint was his own. I have given 5 stars for my rating because this company not only met by exceeded my expectations.
