Facility is fine, but be mindful of the people looking after the facility. Ensure you get everything agreed, documented and SIGNED in advance before occupying the units. We returned the facility within the agreed time, but the guy made up issues about us being in the compound after 7pm on few occasion that he did not approve of, so will charge us for it. So keep our deposit. Also, the (VERY RESTRICT) opening times (7am -7pm, Monday - Sat) were inconvenient to us.
