Aquatics shop based in Ongar, Essex. Polite friendly staff.Not a massive collection of products but what they do have is all good quality such as Eheim ect.Nice range of fish which all look healthy.Prices can be a bit steep, but when questioned, they have matched other shop prices! Good job!!!

I cant recommend this fish shop enough! Staff are all friendly, nothing is too much. Koi can be confusing but this store makes it so much clearer, especially with their UV lights! I have had so much help with everything for many months from assistant manager Matt- cant thank you enough. If youre getting anything for your tank or koi this is the store! Unbeatable service!!!!! I bought a UV light from the store and accidentally broke it when fitting it. I was very stressed but Matt and Alan very kindly fixed this. Any other place wouldnt have been able or willing to do this! I thought I would have had to buy a replacement but that wasnt their focus as instead of making me buy another, they spent ages helping me and repaired it for me. In all my shopping experience this has been the best by far. This level of service is refreshing. The quality of the koi is amazing too. Thank you once again Matt!!
