Just completed my first cross strength class at sweatbox gym Ongar with Martijn.Great gym, great atmosphere, made to feel very welcome, good selection of equipment for a small personalised style gym, I will definitely be returning for more.

I Love sweat box the people are so welcoming and I now go regularly which has never happened anywhere before! Prices are excellent too worth every penny!
