AVOID AT ALL COST! There should be a no star option all of the good reviews are probably fake ... Lousy customer service....They are alright when they want the sale and commission but the after sales and care is unbelievable! Never answer emails or never calls back after every excuse they give, and when I do call they are very rude!. After releasing a car with a known fault and still hasn't been sorted and they couldn't care less, no wonder why they are hidden.. to hide the shame no doubt. Fantastic service right up until I collected the car then it was a nightmare. They are next to impossible to get in contact with post-sale. Very unprofessional service all round, from language used to the response time. Not to mention countless problems with the car, and they never paid for my spare key (450) which I was assured upon the sale they would pay for as it was lost previous to my collection of the vehicle. Wish I had never gone here and got tied into a contact. Do not use!
